The room was good, everything worked. Bathroom, lights, no problems. Breakfast buffet was typical basic offering. Climate control was functional. Building is older, price was reasonable for the property and time of year. I stayed one night, place is about right for that.

Very central
The Staff was very friendly informative and hardworking always available to give information no matter what time of day. The rooms were large , Very clean, You could look out from your balcony and see the action going on and you could go downstairs and be in the center of it all. The parking in Chaves is rough in the summer but we were given a access to the garage all we had to was ask. Very happy we stayed there and will likely continue to do do.

An excellent overnight stay in Chaves. The Petrus Hotel is in a wonderful location near to the castle and all the beautiful parts of haves. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly and I really enjoyed my stay!
